so far this is the only place where I can type something
everytime I go to reply to a topic it keeps saying I dont
have permission is there a problem with this board...

Its my first time being here...

It's because you have not followed the instructions to show that you are licensed.

A mod will pop-up with the standard reply, containing the instructions soon enough .......

whats a license and why would I need one?___ so how do I get one
Also I'm an admin at a vBulletin board and I'm just trying to help
them out.

I take it that for me to reply to topics, I must have a license? this is
one crazy site wierd and strange but thats cool...

You can get the owner of the board you administrate to add the email address you use for this site to the members area form link that Danny posted to you...
