Vbulletin & Mambo
Hi all,
Just added Vbulletin as the default forum for the recently upgraded site i administrate. Found a couple of problems with the user database integration. If a user signs in on the site or forums and logs out VIA forums then they log out successfully with the cookies cleared message. Which is ok. 1) when users sign on to the main site, then logout VIA main site it redirects them to a page on the forum, this message is displayed "vBulletin Message An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out" Is there a way of changing that message to read a custom message of mine? If not then is there a way to bypass that screen completely and just sign them out instead of going through and having to view that screen? Im also getting the problem in a slightly different way again, When users sign on via the forums it redirects the users to the main site once logged in instead of letting them go back to the forums main page. Hope all this make sense, If anyone can assist, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys :nervous: |

Wrong forum.
But if you locate that phrase then you can edit the text. I had the same problem at one point so I changed the text to Quote:

Quote:
AdminCP --> Languages & Phrases --> Search in Phrases Search for Text: An error occurred while attempting to log you out The phrase "logout_error" is the one you want to edit. |
