How do you make avatars out of pictures? Do you just resize them in adobe photoshop to like 80 pixels by 80 pixels or 100 X 100?

Does anybody know?

Yup, then upload them to your avatars directory in your forum, use the import feature and voila!

I made about 7000 that way for my site. Once you do a few you will be rolling.

you can use PS ,paintshop pro etc,,but make sure you save as Jpeg or Gif..if you need me to make or resize,just pm me,,i'll help you since i know this stuff but im tottaly lost in vb,,,,maybe you can help me,,lol,,,,,,but if you need something let me know,,,,
