i upgrade 3.5.0 to 3.5.1 after it only i can give reputation to the others
if my users give reputation, there is error about users permissons but the options are ready?

when we click on the reputaion button, pop up window dont open. only admins use it. and if users click reputation button there is a user permiisons error

we still have a problem would u pls tell me some one help me with this problem to solve , what should i do about it i didint have any problem untill upgrade 3.5.1 version
