Rotating or Random Dynamic Announcement Mod

Can anyone try to make the Dynamic Announcement mod for 3.0.x be able to rotate or randomly select one of several announcements each time a guest visited the site? I do not think this can be currently done and it would be cool if they functioned like banners.
