trying to fix a bug in uCash 1.1.1

Hi,
I installed ucash on vBulletin 3.5.0
Looks like there is a bug in the current ucash.

I set the minimum time between two consecutive postings to 60 seconds.
So a member cannot post twice within one minute.

Under this setting, if a member tries to post repeatedly within one minute,
he gets error messages saying that he posts too quickly, and so none of
his posting makes thru.
But the odd thing is his cash$ keeps incremented with every such failed posting!!!

Where do I have to modify the ucash code to fix this bug?
I greatly appreciate any help.
