I am new to this forum how do I get the following things from this site:

1. Quiz
2. Journal
3. Any other useful modes

Do I have to own the Vbulletin.com product to use this facilities if not then How can I use in my forum

I'm no expert but the FAQ says >

To be able to download hacks , post in certain posts or receive support here at vBulletin.org you have to prove that you have a valid vBulletin license.

you can't download anything here *unless* you have proven you are a valid licence holder the first thing you need todo is purchase a valid licence and then register for support here
