Just do what everyone else probably does. Go to your admincp > users > search for users > (username) > Receive Admin Emails > (change to yes if you want to email the user) or Receive Private Messages > (change to yes). It SHOULD work, I do that all the time if need be

I need more reliable method rather then modify User folder. i have 100 users do you want me to modify there files
