Rotational Banner in header

Is there a modification that allows me to add different banners to advertise others sites/businesses? Looking for one that goes directly to the right of the vBulletin logo. You can see what I mean here......

Everytime you refresh the page, a new banner will show. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

In style manager > header, find...

this worked on my forum (vB 3.5.0) but I need the full script or modifications/files for this. Can anyone help me out on this please?
