It's getting that way here now. I've found my Christmas decorations while unpacking some more boxes. I was like 'well do I pack them away again or just put them up?' so I've got bits of tinsel all over the place while I sort the good stuff from the grotty stuff. Plus the Christmas CD is still on.
My Christmas tree went up Around Novemeber of last year and is STILL up and will remain up until my kids get home. No matter how long that might be.
I've gotten a few stares, but no one says much as they hear why it's still up.
Well they say that if you haven;t taken your decorations down by the 12th night then they should stay up till the next christmas coz it's bad luck. the same if you take them down before the 12th night.
BTW if you don't know, the 12th night is 6th Jan

I don't subscribe to superstition, so bad or good luck doesn't play into it here.
Ah so the word lazy suits you then .
We didn't even put one up last year, I must admit I enjoyed not having to put up and take down that tree. Ours is so old the color coding no longer matches so I have to guess at which brance goes into which hole .
I think every agrees that christmas lights are satan.
