Allowing users to select default font / color in UserCP

Ok... what I'm trying to do is enable a drop down menu in the UserCP allowing individual users to select a default font and font color that their posts will be made in.

I have seen this on another board and I don't think it is too dificult to do I just am not the greatest in PHP Code.

If anybody is able to help that would be greatly appreciated.

You can do this via simple profile fields

CARE TO ELABORATE... IS IT REALLY A CASE OF JUST CREATING A STANDARD PROFILE FIELD, NAMING THE OPTIONS DIFFERENT COLORS / FONTS AND THATS THAT?

Using a drop-down box to control the colour would work - However you may wish to create a hack for this as using html such as:

<font color="red">text</font>

is not technically valid code

If you are not worried about HTML or XHTML validity then this method would be fine

Simpy having options such as:

blue
red
green
yellow
orange

then using something like:

<font color="$post[fieldX]">$post[message]</font>

(replacing X with the fieldid of the profile field) would work

I believe there is a hack/template mod that give instruction on how to do this. Try searching for it, and it may come up. If I find it I'll post it.
