Yes, I THINK he is referring to sites about vBulletin, well theres alot, I help as an admin at vBDirectory, umm..there vBWebmaster, vbulletin-fans.com, vbulletin-styles.com, vbulletin-tutorials.com

There are 5 official vBulletin sites however:

Just a note to this, AFAIK vbhacks-germany is only accessible to customers of vbulletin-germany (those who bought their license there).
