Is there one out yet? If not, I used this in an 3.0.X version of vB and found it rather useful:

If one isn't out yet, could someone find the time to port that to 3.5 RC2? I'd be very appreciative if you did!

I would pay money for a seamless banner ad system.

Features:

Client can upload banner
Client pay via paypal by monthly or impressions
Client can edit / remove campaigns

Admin has to approve all banners

Something along the lines of this.
