Hack for Arranging Uploads

I am between hacks here, and at a loss...

I installed vbArticles but this is for adding an article, and author and such. But what I need is for the following.

To Post Request For Proposals, Investment Commentaries, Press Releases, Jobs, etc.

99 times out of 100 they will have some form of attachment. I like the way the summary Hack page is setup, such as here:

It has the fields on top to show the vB Version, Mod Version, Release, etc...

Is there a hack for this? Any help would be appreciated!!
