I want something that vBulletin.org has when you first go to their page, the portal.php one. Anyone know where I can get one?

Go get Subdreamer. Better than a portal. Its a full featured CMS.

subdreamer.com but for the decent version it is $125. Its not a bad CMS by any means though. Not quite as full featured as Mambo, but very usable. They also offer a free version in the Plugin area.

I installed subdreamer today, but switched back to vBA CMPS from vbadvanced.com, subdreamer doesnt seem to be worth it IMO if you dont pay the money. Which I'm not wanting to do right now.
