WTF? Whats all this Xtra info?

At the bottom of my showthread.php pages, i get some weird kind of summary - even when logged out.

Im not sure what it is, so therefore dont even know where to begin to search for it to remove.

Something like this:

Open config.php and remove or comment out

you will see a forum called 'test'.

For some reason, any new forum i make wont adhere to the styles. none at all.
