People from posting links from imagecash to my site

I want to be specific and parse out links from imagecash..

I see it done in other VB forums but how do I do it in mine?

Also, Can I do it forum specific, i.e. allow it in a forum while dissalow in other?

You could do it globally by adding the domain the the Word Censor.
