Paypal Donate to another user?

I've tried looking around for info on whether or not a hack already exists for this...but is it possible to allow a user to donate through Paypal to another user?

I'm setting up a photography/artwork forum and would like users to be able to donate to other users (in a specific usergroup) to purchase artwork etc and none of the current donation hacks I can find do the trick (they're all designed to donate to the main site).

If I'm completely blind and missed something that answers this, I apologize. Any help is greatly appreciated.
