Well I can upgrade to gold and reinstall everything and redo everything so that in the future I dont have to redo as much OR I can just use 3.0.3 and not redo anything and use my time for something more productive.

Right now, I am living in both worlds. lol 3 of my sites are on 3.0.7, and the fourth is being created with 3.5. on a test server. We are still running the original release version, I think I will upgrade it.

i was way excited for 3.5 to come up but i won't be upgrading my board until

a) 3.5 goes gold and is reported stable
b) all the hacks i have for 3.0.x are created for 3.5
c) i have the time and patience to upgrade. like erwin, i'll probably take some time off for it but not a whole week.

I have made a new set of rules for myself.

1. Only use Hacks / Plugins where no Manual File Edits are required.
2. Use the template Change History Log Feature in vb3.5 (BTW MAJOR PROPS TO VB.VOM for this).
3. Maybe write 1 or 2 of my own for 3.5.
