htaccess vbhack

hey im in need of a vbhack that works like vbulletin.com members area, the htaccess section you all know the part you get when you buy vb and pay with paypal or anything else and you get a email with your customer number and password ! well im in need of the same hack idea for my site but in this case the admin will send out the email from the admincp section or when a user Requsets access but i would like this hack to be able to make a random customer number and password that will be emailed to the user buy the admin to gain access to site.. Please help to make this hack
