Is it possible to make a minimum character count for the reputation comment? i've enabled anyonymous reputation, which makes the reputation system pretty interesting, but quite a few people now take advantage of just throwing in their vote, but not leaving a comment as to why - is there a way to deny the reputation vote unless a comment is entered?

I imagine that this would involve code modifications too and so you would be best asking at www.vbulletin.org
