New item in navbar

I want to add 2 new items in the navbar. I can do it myself, but i need to make the first one only visible for registred users, and the second one only to me (user with id 1). How can do that?

Use these conditionals:

<if condition="$bbuserinfo['userid'] == 1">
stuff that only you want to see
</if>

then for only registered users:

<if condition="$show['member']">
stuff for registered peeps
</if>
