To get the drop down top buttons like this site below has...

www.hiphopairplay.com or www.hiphopairplay.com/airplay

^see the nice top buttons, how they drop down etc.... can you please tell me where to get those or can someone make some similar or what?... please help me out.

Looks like DHTML drop downs. You can have a search on google for that, it should pop up with heaps of tutorials on how to do it.
