Table problem

Hi, I'm brand new to this, and I have a problem. At the bottom of my forums there are 2 dark table like lines, and I don't know how to get rid of them. I'd ideally like to make them the background jpg, but I'd settle for just plain gone. Additionally, how do you make the main forum table a background image and not a color?

I am using version 2.3.0

I have searched the other posts, and found a large number of tweaks, but not the answer to my problem. I would like to say however that every SINGLE thing I thought would look neat, I've found here or the link from here to where it exists. So, Thank You from a newbie.

I fixed it. Not sure how really, but somehow one of the tweaks I added made it go away. Thank you none the less.
