(read title)...in the forum index, and everywhere else.

Some what like phpBB. When you're in the admin cp, there's a link that says "View Forums". But instead of being a pop up, it shows up on the side and the admin cp is still there. Does anyone know what I mean? Can it be done with out hacking?

Anything that requires editing of the admin/mod CP requires hacking.
