Shouldn't PAPI be at vb.org more than vBT ?

Since it's more a code modification addon than just a template mod ?

Yes, vB.org is for file hacking, not just code adding. vBT.com is for any mods which edit templates only.

I just install some, well the other half of KSF does but I like to stick to mods here too.
