Can anybody tell me what template(s) I need to modify so I can shape the forums on the homepage ???

Im still a n00b and any help would be nice

Define what you mean by 'shape' because there could be a mod released which would make it alot easier for you.

You have to make images in photoshop. A right, left, and a middle one. There is a mod of this in the Template Modifications forum, just search through there.
