the stats arnt they supposed to be like 10/100 or what ever and the bar to move. If u dont know do u know where i can get a good one!

This is a hack, support for it is avaible at vbulletin.org.

Was that just the layout or the hack?

If it's part of a postbit you got here, there is probably a hack for it and thats why it's not working.
