Which template would I find the text

On the forum display, I tryed to fnid it in forum display template but it wasnt there, anybody know?

You can find what your looking for in forumdisplay_newthreadlink

The variable $newthreadlink has the new thread button as well as that in forumdisplay template. Only use it to move it from it's original place around the template.
