How would I go about inserting a menu on the left hand side of every page on a vbulletin board?

I am looking for something similar to PHPNuke and was hoping this could be done using templates.

Why dont you get vBPortal.. not sure of the address but someone will give it to you

simple, add a second column in the header section of your styles. Believe a very simple example was already posted here. Easy way is to just copy the code in a editor, add your new cells.
My forum uses this, but there are also cells for the top and bottom as well.
