There's been a couple of mods that I've seen that don't necessarily fall under "mods." They are really more like system settings, but there is no forum for that.

For example, if you want to customize some vB Code, where would you put it? If the results of the change appear in the postbit, is it a postbit mod? [Release] Custom avatars only for certain users is a good example of what I'm talking about.

How should this be classified, and does it require it's own forum?

Hmmm, yes, I see your point. I think there should be more boards-Miscellaneous Forums for example-For vBcodes as you mentioned
