How do you make stuff from the bulletin board appear on the front of your site? I have seen many inclduing this one have things like the usercp/profile/etc on the webpage and like whose online, welcome back and what time you last visited.etc . .how do people do that?

It's a portal, it costs $55 dollars, go over to vBulletin.org and PM Chen (FireFly) about it.

There are also other choices besides the portal that's used here. I'd recommend that you check out http://www.vbulletin.org and search around for some of the hacks there.
Another resource is http://www.phpportals.com/ They make a product called vBPortal that is popular with some people. It's works much like PHPNuke. |
