can someone help me and tell me how this is done, on these two forums they changed there heading bars so they are diff shapes and not just the normal kind, if im unclear im sorry....im talking about on the second link the bar that has "rules" on this board u have it like that too is it a hack or template mod?

Uh..where it says the catagory names? Search these forums before you post please. If you are talking about what I am, then there is already a template hack for this.

If you mean de header and the buttons (on a normal vb) They deleted the buttons like user cp out of there templates....the maked a header....and maked wit layers (html layers) the buttons in the header with text...

It's not easy to explane

Maybe you can ask the webmaster of the sites for help..
