How can you make a site like this.
Making the forum isn't the point,
but making the main page??
How can you make sth like this.

Please do not shout in your posts/threads, it is considered rude. As for making the main page, you need to head over to vBulletin.org and contact FireFly, then ask him about his portal (the cost for the portal is $55).

There's also some other things over at vbulletin.org some hacks that do instant portals. Not nearly as good as this. But VBhome (lite) is an example of one.
