Getting rid of 'Today's Birthdays'
Does anyone have a way to do this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

In your forumhome template I think it is, search for "$birthdaybits" and delete it. I think thats it.

There is a better way to do so in the case that you later want to show the b-days:
1. Login to your admin cp 2. Click on "vBulletin Options" 3. Find "Forum Homepage Options" and click on it 4. Find "Show today's birthdays on the homepage?" and set it to no -------------- This will keep you from having to re-add the variable later on . |

Thanks muchly guys, I did it.
I have another question. I'm running an older version of vbulletin, something like 2.2.0, and I was wondering if there was anyway to edit the postbits. I can't seem to find it on the template modifier. If not, is there a custom postbit I can use? Thanks again. |

Why not upgrade?

Basically there is not any support for vB 2.2.0, I would suggest upgrading to 2.2.6 as soon as possible ($30 for renewal is not that much ).

Thanks for your input. I guess updating is the best option, so version 2.2.6 is uploading now
Thanks again. |
