New to vBulletin

[EDSPEC]

Dear All,

I am new to vBulletin and I am wanting to integrate it with an extenal Program. I have seen the various Posts about adding New Users to the system. What I am unsure of and need to know is what (if any) parts of the vBulletin System needs to be called to make sure all the Linked Databases are updated at the same time the User Database is (assuming there are any).

Basically what I am asking what variables of vBulletin need to be set, called, informed of, or any other way you want to say it before I try and add a New User from an External Program.
