Adding Usergroup Icons to MemberList Template

i'm not sure if this is the most efficient way, but i've created separate usergroups for members who are officers, those on executive council, those who are 2004 Members of the month, etc.

using the code below,

i am able to show graphics underneath the User Title in both the postbits and member profile page.

However, i can't seem to figure out how to add these graphics to the MemberList template. I've tried

and it doesn't work. i've tried various variations all to no avail. can someone please help me?

You will have to use $post[usergroupid] or $buserinfo[usergroupid]
