some of the problems i have ran into
i dont see this file anywhere " File changes in ./includes/newreply.php"
and when i installed my template i just upload the images to a folder and the .xml file, and currently im not seeing the "showthread_quickreply' and , 'editor_toolbar_standard" that i need to edit in that

If you need help with a hack, please post your question in the support thread for that hack. You would be faster and better helped.

PS newreply.php is in your forumhome directory, not in includes/
