I need hack for not use pm unless you have x post for version 3.0.7

or unless have x threads

You can do this easily with a second usergroup and a promotion:
- Set your Registered Users group not to allow PM.
- Create a second usergroup that will allow PM
- Set a Promotion that will promote all registered users with x posts into the new group.
