Is there a way or a hack/mod that will allow moderators to block ip addresses? Alternatively, is there a way to limit admins to only that option within the admin interface?

Yes I know admins can do it -- hence requesting for mods to be given that option.. Alternatively there are ways to restrict admin powers, but if you give them access to IP blocking, they have access to almost everything else.

hehe, VERY good point. They could ban everyone for that matter.

Though, an admin could reset it through the db...
