Paypal question.
1st of all does anyone know these address ?
http://ebay.benchmarkportal.com/paypal paypal.feedback@benchmarkportal.com I recieved an email from paypal.feedback@benchmarkportal.com telling me if I was pleased with their answer for my question regarding paypal. the 2nd thing is paypal's support is terrible. I asked them and got the reply after 3 days, it's happened 3 times already. And that's not all, the 2nd mail they answer me they missed one question, also the answer was horrible, they just list me the sentences in their faq. With the 3rd mail I asked the missed question, then I don't really understand how the heck they just answered me with what they wrote me in the 2nd mail, nothing more or less although my question was absolutely clear. I can't believe such a big company like paypal can give out supports like that. |

It's most likely a sham email trying to con you out your information. Basically paypal won't email you asking for your password or any information. Only access their site via typing the address directly into your address bar

Or you can forward the mail to: spoof@paypal.com

Well with a solid argument like that, I guess they do. Rephrased: make constructive posts or they may be deleted.

Never respond to ANY email from PayPal unless it's a receipt for payment or notification of payment. I've never received an email from PayPal for any other reason.

The point of the sham is to get you to enter your PayPal account number. Then they can sign onto your account and empty it or do just about anything else they want. It is NOT PayPal sending you the emails. Just because it reads "PayPal" somewhere in the email address does not mean it's actually from PayPal. The biggest giveaway is the email address itself. All mail REALLY from PayPal will be from xxxxx@paypal.com and PayPal will never send you an email asking you to log in via a link.
