Making "showgroups" two columns instead of one.
Hi,
I use my showgroups template as a sort of membership database for my gaming community, as you can see here: http://www.tlsconline.com/forums/showgroups.php? The only problem is that the list has grown quite long. There is a lot of dead space in between the user name and the "send email" and "PM" buttons, so I was wondering if I could make the tables thinner and double wide instead of fat and single wide. Basically, I'd like to make it two columns instead of one. If I'm not making much sense, I'd like it to be laid out like this: [Username . . . EMAIL PM] [Username . . . EMAIL PM] instead of [Username . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . EMAIL PM] like it is now. Thanks. hm, no one? O.o |

I'd like to know how to do this, too. A client has requested that it be done, and now I have to figure out how... :ermm:

Bumping this in case anyone knows of a solution now.
I've got it going horizontally, but haven't figured out a way to wrap it. At the moment, it's only 5 staff showing so it's only 5 to the one row but if more staff are added, the page will be distorted badly, I'd imagine. So is there anyway to limit how many staff members appear in one horizontal row? |
