I tried uninstall ushop and ucase and i get this error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/lifex/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 807

so I thought i did it wrongly I even upload new copies of vbulletin

the only thing I can suggest you now is reupload the file functions.php, if you edit it remember not to do it using Dreamweaver.
