Add predifined Text to each Post

is there any possibility, or Hack, where i can add a predifined Text to each Post in a specific Forum, into Bottom of Post ?

Do you mean at the bottom of each post, as in below the signature?

No it has to be above the Signature, and only in predifined Forums ....

As Example :

Forum Ids : 21,30,45

Text to be added to each Post :

"please Visit my Sponsor Link >>> www.123.com"

And i would like to have it only on first Post, so only in Thread creation ....
