Need a little help setting up

Hi there guys, I have installed my vbulletin and all is good. But there are a few things I am not sure about and I was hoping you could help me. Things such as how to give my users avatars and activate the img bb code, and other little things.
This is not a paid job, but I would be grateful.

In your admin panel, if you go to the Options menu choice on the left side (at the top of the list) and list all options, you should be able to do most, if not all, of what you're asking. Take an hour or so and look through all the stuff there~

Check the other admin options, like the Usergroup manager (for your avatar, IMG stuff). The admin panel makes it pretty simple to set most of it up how you want.
