There is a link called move under the thread section in the admin/mod cp, that does what you want

that is more of a prune feature. what i mean is something where you can view $x number of threads at at time in one section, and then select all the threads you want to move.
this prune feature in the admincp doesnt work so well because you cant pick and choose threads. for instance, if you want to split one forum into two forums, and you want to go thru all 3k threads... it would be much better there was a feature like that on invision, and if vB doesnt have one, i guess I could make one. |

erm, the move feature does exactly do that...
Move automatically or move only selected. |

maybe i am not being clear enough.... i was refering to something where you can do it while looking at the forum thru the normal view and just click checkboxes where you want to remove. I really liked this feature of IPB and missed it. I thought it might be just my skin.. or something disabled that I hadnt enabled yet. No worries. It is very easy to program.
