Are http://vbstyles.com/vb.php stealing sites designs and selling them?
They are selling a nearly exact same design as vbpanel.com and exact designs of other sites I know of!

i am not 100% sure but i believe they have permission because vbstyles is well known and wouldnt steal

You'll find that some designers sell their styles across different sites.
