News Hack
Hi all,
I'm looking for a hack that will let me display posts (specified by it's forumid) on a NON-VB page. I don't need anything fancy, just the ability to do this. I'd also need to template it to fit the main page. I've tried ALL the news hacks that supposedly "work" on here yet none do. Thanks... Matt p.s. I don't want to use a CMS, so don't suggest it. |

you can enable rss feeds in the admincp - its a default feature of vb3.
vb3 can send the information as xml, javascript, or rss. You can use a variety of methods to incorporate this into a webpage. |

I just tried enabling RSS and it pasted all last posts with links/titles.
I need a hack that will display the posts on the front page with a template.. Looks like I'm going to have to rip a CMS apart... |
