I dont know whats causing it but somehow the php files of my forum just doubling everytime it spaces for some reason...
take a look at the attachment... hope somebody can help me ... |

You are editing in a text editor / Dreamweaver that is setup to provide Windows carriage returns (\r\n) instead of Unix carriage returns (\n).
Check the editor settings around carriage returns... PS. simplified answer, it's realll early ![]() |

hmm... ok there is a setting called "Line break type". I changed it to "LF (Unix)".
this is it right? and.. what I'm doing about those files that already edited by the windows format? how can I fix them? thanks |

You shouldn't use dreamweaver for script editing. It's notorius for adding lots of crap and spaces into the files which can break the code itself. I'd reccomend another solution. There are lots of free text editors around
