when you login, the password is already done with md5 once and then posted. This is done in the javascript i think, but dont know how.
This because i have a pagelogin also, and i want to post it to the vb login, but i need to md5 the password before i post it. Anyone an idea? |

Take a look at clientscript/vbulletin_md5.js
Basically you have to create 2 hidden fields (vb_login_md5password and vb_login_md5password_utf) and then call md5hash() upon posting the form, providing the fieldnames: HTML Code:
onsubmit="md5hash(vb_login_password,vb_login_md5password,vb_login_md5password_utf)" |

Be aware that you might have to include some of the javascript files of vBulletin, as md5hash() isn't a predefined Javascript function, as far as I know.

Yep, vbulletin_md5.js must be included.
You can find the form in several templates - STANDARD_ERROR or STANDARD_ERROR_LITE for example. |
